Shipping & Returns
Custom orders are typically shipped directly from our fulfillment centers based in Alabama & Texas. Some custom orders will ship in more than one shipment. All in stock items are shipped from Shreveport, Louisiana via UPS or USPS and take 1 - 4 days to arrive depending on the distance from our shop.
Returns & Exchanges:
We will gladly exchange any item that is defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to get your exchange started. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email email@example.com.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Please note: our website cannot process American Express cards. You may use a different card or contact our office to pay over the phone.
