Shipping:

Orders placed before 12 pm central time typically ship the same day. All orders are shipped from Shreveport, Louisiana via FedEx Ground and typically take 2-5 days to arrive depending on the distance from Shreveport.

When new products are launched online, orders may take an additional day to process before they are shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange any item that is defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email katie@sweetcarolinedesigns.com to get your exchange started.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
