Opening my little shop in 2012, I never dreamed Sweet Caroline Designs would grow into what it has become today. After working at a local stationery shop for two years, I had come to the idea that it was time for me to open up my store and become my own brand in my hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana. The support I received from my local community as well as people from all over the country who found me some way or another helped me grow more than I ever thought possible.

Over the years, I’ve created thousands of custom designs from birthday invitations, to wedding showers, to Christmas cards and anything and everything paper. Designing is second nature to me, it’s been in my blood for as long as I can remember. This area of work is truly my passion and I want to be able to share it with as many people as I can.

With that being said, it got to the point where I knew what I needed to do to share my work and mature as a brand owner and creator. Attending the Southern Coterie Conference in St. Simons Island, Georgia this past winter, I received that kick in the butt I needed to take the next step into the wholesale world.

As bittersweet as it is, Sweet Caroline Designs will be closing our storefront in Shreveport and discontinuing any custom design work. To focus on our wholesale journey, we must dedicate our time to creating our new and fun products that you will (hopefully) be able to find in any cute paper and gift store you step into! This has been a long time dream for me and I am so excited to see where the wholesale world can take me and Sweet Caroline Designs.

We cannot thank each and every one of our customers enough who have bought even the smallest thing from us, to customers who call or come in on a weekly basis. All of the support has not gone unnoticed, as you all have helped me believe that I can tackle this next step in growing my brand.

Our next stop will be Gift & Home Market in Atlanta, Georgia this summer in JULY! After that, keep your eyes peeled for our new products in local boutiques near you. We hope you continue to support us and love our products just as much as we do!
